Welcome to NFT88. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("the Player", "the User", "you") and NFT88 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at nft88.cam.

By accessing, browsing, registering an account on, or placing any wager through the NFT88 platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the platform and close your account if one has been created.

• You are the sole and authorised user of the payment method(s) used to fund your NFT88 account. You will not use payment accounts or methods belonging to third parties.
• You are registering solely for your own personal entertainment and are not suffering from, nor in recovery from, a gambling disorder or addiction at the time of registration.

NFT88 reserves the right to request documentary evidence confirming your eligibility at any time, including but not limited to: government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension pending review.

4.1 Registration Requirements

Players must provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, Malaysian IC number or passport number, residential address, contact email address, and telephone number. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure with forfeiture of all associated balances.

4.2 One Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account on NFT88 at any time. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, same payment method, the same device, or the same IP address — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts belonging to the same individual will be closed and any balances or pending withdrawals may be voided without prior notice.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party under any circumstances. NFT88 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact NFT88 support immediately via live chat at [email protected]. NFT88 will take reasonable steps to secure your account upon receiving and verifying your report.

4.4 Account Verification (KYC)

All accounts are subject to identity verification (KYC) prior to the processing of withdrawal requests. Acceptable documents include a valid Malaysian MyKad, Driver's Licence, or International Passport, accompanied by a recent proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within 3 months). NFT88 reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any time, including during the initial registration process.

NFT88 accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Malaysian players:

All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment account belongs to another person — are strictly prohibited and will result in an immediate account review, potential suspension, and refund of the deposited amount to the originating payment method. NFT88 reserves the right to modify, add, or remove accepted payment methods at any time without prior notice.

Deposits that cannot be matched to a recognised payment method or that are flaged as potentially fraudulent will be held pending review. NFT88 will endeavour to resolve such situations within a reasonable timeframe and will communicate with the account holder via their registered email address.

6.1 General Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawal requests will only be processed to payment methods that are registered in the same name as the NFT88 account holder. NFT88 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods under any circumstances. Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing timeframes are subject to the applicable payment method and may be updated from time to time.

6.2 KYC Prerequisite

A verified KYC status is a mandatory prerequisite for the processing of any withdrawal request. Accounts that have not completed identity verification will have withdrawal requests placed on hold until verification is satisfactorily completed. NFT88 bears no liability for delays in withdrawal processing attributable to outstanding KYC documentation.

6.3 Bonus Funds and Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to a Player's account are not withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirement has been fulfilled in full. Any attempt to withdraw bonus funds prior to satisfying the stated wagering requirement will result in the forfeiture of the bonus balance and any winings derived exclusively from that bonus balance. Real money balance deposits that remain unplayed are withdrawable at any time, subject to KYC verification and standard processing conditions.

6.4 Right to Review

NFT88 reserves the right to conduct additional security and fraud checks on any withdrawal request prior to processing. Players may be asked to provide further verification documentation during this process. Processing times may be extended during such reviews.

NFT88 offers various promotional bonuses to eligible registered players, including but not limited to: welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, birthday bonuses, referal bonuses, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses and promotions offered by NFT88 are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time each promotion is offered:

• Each promotion is available only to players who meet the specific eligibility criteria stated in the promotion's individual terms.
• Welcome bonuses and first-deposit promotions are available only to newly registered accounts making their first qualifying deposit. Players may not claim first-deposit promotions on subsequent deposits or via duplicate accounts.
• All bonus offers are subject to a wagering requirement (rollover), which must be fulfilled before any winings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement is communicated at the time the bonus is offered and displayed in the Player's account dashboard.

• Bonus abuse, collusion, or exploitation of promotional terms — including but not limited to arbitrage betting, systematic low-risk wagering patterns designed to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk, or coordinated bonus farming across multiple accounts — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse are subject to immediate closure and forfeiture of all bonus-derived balances.
• NFT88 reserves the right to impose maximum win caps on specific promotions where stated. Winings exceding a stated cap that are derived from bonus funds may be voided at NFT88's sole discretion.

8.1 Sports Betting

All sports bets placed on NFT88 are governed by the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport and market, as published in the Sports Betting Rules section of the platform. NFT88 reserves the right to void bets where an obvious pricing error has occurred, where the integrity of an event is in question, or where a bet has been placed in contravention of applicable betting rules.

In-play (live) betting offers are made available at NFT88's sole discretion. Odds in live markets are subject to rapid change and may be suspended or withdrawn at any time. NFT88 reserves the right to settle live bets using official event data from recognised statistical providers. Markets covering Liga Super Malaysia, the English Premier League (EPL), UEFA Champions League, UFC, and other competitions are governed by the competition's official results as confirmed by the relevant governing body.

8.2 Casino & Slot Games

All casino games — including slots, live dealer tables, table games, and fishing — are supplied by licensed third-party game providers. Each game operates according to its own internal rules, paytable, and RTP configuration. NFT88 does not alter game mechanics or RTP values beyond those configured by the provider. Published RTP figures represent long-term statistical averages and do not guarantee outcomes in any individual gaming session.

8.3 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or system failure affecting the outcome of a wager, NFT88 reserves the right to void the affected bet(s) and return the wagered amount(s) to the Player's account. NFT88 will not be liable for any losses arising from incomplete or interrupted gaming sessions caused by network disruptions or technical faults beyond the Platform's reasonable control.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the NFT88 platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

• Registering more than one account, whether under the same or different identity details.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or fraudulent personal information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods to fund an account.
• Coluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the platform, place bets, or exploit game or bonus mechanics.
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring of transactions to avoid reporting thresholds, or any other financial crime using the NFT88 platform as a vehicle.
• Exploiting identified software bugs, errors, or pricing discrepancies to place wagers at advantageous non-market rates, without promptly reporting such issues to NFT88 support.
• Abusing the NFT88 referal or affiliate programme, including creating fictitious referred accounts or engaging in self-referral.
• Engaging in any form of harassment, abuse, or threatening conduct directed at NFT88 staff, support agents, or other players.
• Attempting to access the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited, through the use of VPNs, proxies, or other circumvention tools.

NFT88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• A breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions has been identified or is reasonably suspected.
• The Player has failed to complete satisfactory KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe following formal request.
• NFT88 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or any other criminal activity in connection with the account.
• The account has remained inactive (no login or transaction activity) for a continuous period of 12 months or more.
• The Player has requested voluntary self-exclusion under NFT88's Responsible Gambling programme.
• NFT88 is required to close the account by applicable law, regulatory direction, or a directive from a competent authority.

Upon account closure for reasons attributable to a breach of these Terms, NFT88 reserves the right to void and forfeit any bonus balances, bonus-derived winnings, and pending withdrawal requests under active review. Real money deposits not subject to active bonus conditions will be refunded to the originating payment method where legally required and technically feasible.

NFT88 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices and takes its duty of care toward players seriously. Gambling should be an enjoyable leisure activity. If gambling ceases to be enjoyable, or if you find yourself gambling beyond your means, NFT88 provides the following tools help you stay in control:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps via their account settings. Increases to deposit limits are subject to a7-day cooling-off period before taking effect.
• Session Time Limits: Players may configure session time reminders that notify them of elapsed playing time at defined intervals.
• Cooling-Off Period: Players may request a temporary account restriction of between 24 hours and 6 weeks at any time.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to cease gambling activity for an extended period may request self-exclusion for a minimum of 6 months. Self-exclusion requests are irevocable during the elected period and will not be reversed upon request.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the NFT88 platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not constitute a transfer of any intellectual property rights to you and does not permit you to: reproduce, copy, distribute, republish, download, display, post, or transmit any part of the platform's content in any form or by any means without prior written consent from NFT88.

Any unauthorised use of NFT88's intellectual property will result in immediate revocation of your platform access and may give rise to legal action for damages.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, NFT88 shall not be liable to any Player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the Player's use of the platform, including but not limited to: loss of data, loss of revenue, loss of profits, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses.

NFT88 does not warrant that the platform will be available on an uninterrupted, continuous, or error-free basis. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, server upgrades, or force majeure events may result in temporary unavailability of the platform or certain features thereof. NFT88 will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice of scheduled maintenance where practicable.

NFT88's total aggregate liability to any individual Player for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the date on which the relevant claim arose.

NFT88 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions and is incorporated herein by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also acknowledge and accept the terms of the NFT88 Privacy Policy.

NFT88 processes Player data for the following primary purposes: account management, transaction processing, identity verification (KYC), fraud prevention and detection, responsible gambling monitoring, regulatory compliance, and the provision and improvement of platform services. NFT88 does not sell Player personal data to third parties for marketing or commercial purposes.

Your continued use of the NFT88 platform following the publication of any amendments to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must discontinue use of the platform and may request account closure in accordance with the account closure procedures described in Clause 10.

The "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this page will be revised to reflect the effective date of the most recent amendment. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for changes.

These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute, claim, or matter arising out of or in connection with them — whether contractual, tortious, or otherwise — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction under which NFT88 holds its operating licence.

In the event of any dispute between a Player and NFT88 arising from the use of the platform or the interpretation of these Terms, both parties agree to make reasonable efforts to resolve the dispute amicably through NFT88's customer support channel in the first instance. Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the relevant governing jurisdiction.

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court or other competent authority to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
